Comfort Surgery Center provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and information written in other languages. Comfort Surgery Center provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified language translation services. If you need any of these services please contact the Administrator.
If you believe that Comfort Surgery Center has failed to provide the free communication aids and services or discriminated on the basis of race, color, gender, national origin, age, or disability, you can file a discrimination complaint also known as a Section 1557 Grievance.
